President Lonny Pasillas began his construction journey at just 16 years old, working as a laborer for his uncle at Bailly Development. He quickly advanced to carpentry, mastering the foundational skills and techniques of professional homebuilding. From the beginning, Lonny knew this was more than a job—it was his calling.
